This is real white truffle butter—made the slow, honest way.

White truffles are wild and fleeting. They can’t be farmed, only found, and they appear briefly in winter before disappearing again. Once harvested, their aroma is powerful but delicate, which is why truly authentic white truffle butter is rare.

Each jar is sealed with a clasp lid to help protect the truffle’s aroma and keep the butter as potent and expressive as possible.

This is a finishing butter. Add it at the end of cooking and let the warmth do the work. A small amount goes a long way.

How to Use

  • Swirl into hot pasta or risotto off the heat

  • Melt over roasted or mashed potatoes

  • Finish steak, chicken, or pork just before serving

  • Spread thinly on warm sourdough or baguette

  • Add to scrambled eggs, omelets, or polenta
