Our Ghee is made the old-fashioned way—slowly simmered from our house-churned butter until the milk solids caramelize and are gently strained away, leaving behind a rich, golden oil with deep, nutty flavor.
We make every jar by hand in small batches using our signature high-butterfat butter, churned right here in Ogden, Utah from locally sourced cream.
How to Use Ghee:
Sauté veggies, eggs, or meats at high heat (Ghee has a high smoke point!)
Drizzle over popcorn or roasted sweet potatoes
Swirl into rice, curries, or soups for a silky finish
Use in place of oil or butter in any recipe for a richer, deeper flavor
